This is just hilarious and so true at the same time.
You'll be happy to know I'm following through with this regardless. However, the car will remain for sale. Being as I'm just changing the wheels/tires, the suspension and performing some mild fender work, its pretty much all reversable. And thus, if I get an offer at least close to what I owe/am asking, I'm still going to sell the car. But in the mean time I'm going to give it a much needed makeover and come out swinging

just make the interior eye candy. that will hold your thoughts on racing your car or have a heavy foot.
i regret i sold my nissan back in 2004, because of that now i'm on my 4th car, but this is it, i hope the cobalt last for long time. and you have a 2.4, i guess with a port and polish on the motor should give you a good launch when in need.

You obviously didn't read what my plans for the car consist of

I could care less about making the car any faster. As it stands its plenty quick for my needs. Rather, I am going to implement an aggressive wheel/tire fitment build. Think hellaflush, StanceWorks, etc etc. I'm going to run an 8.5" wide wheel with +45 offset, and will be pairing it with a 25mm spacer to make it a +20 offset instead. And they will be wrapped in 215/35/19 Falken FK452 tires, and the car is to be slammed on some Stance GR+ coilovers, along with some fender rolling and an SS/SC front lip. After that I SWEAR to not spend another damn penny on the car, lol.

I haven't done a single modification to the car in close to 2 years. And even this new setup will just be until I can sell it. It's a "hold me over" phase for the car.

Just got bored with it. Since I'm having no luck selling it I'm actually getting ready to get new wheels/tires, some Eibach wheel spacers and Stance GR+ coilovers, but it will still remain for sale.

Haha YES! How have you been Bryce? Dude, next time you are down in VA you gotta come kick it! But yeah, as you can tell, I have the car up for sale. Its a slooooow market out there for this type of car, so in the time being, i'm re-doing alot of things on it. She'll be getting some 19"x8.5" J2 mesh wheels, some Eibach wheel spacers (gotta test fit the wheels to determine what mm spacers i'll need to run for the aggressiveness/flush fitment i'm looking for) and some Stance GR+ coilovers over the next month or so. Yes, I got a different job, and yes, they are paying me nicely....lol. Plus i'm chipping into my tax return a bit as well. Car now has 74k on it, and asides from the blown to hell shocks/struts which are being replaced anyways, thing is still holding up like a tank! My friend helped me wash, claybar & wax it the other day and he was like "Man, this this thing is in such good shape....its hard to believe you've put 74k miles on it".

But yeah dude, hit me up sometime! I see your still big into COD. Why'd you stop at 1st prestige? Trying to get all the camo's I bet. I'm currently @ 3rd prestige myself

Cobalt is gone guys! Well....almost. It's technically still parked out in the parking lot, but i've already put money down/signed the paperwork for my trade in. Just gotta wait for my tax return to clear so I can finish clearing out the negative equity and then I can bring the new car home

Traded her in on a car i've always lusted for.......a lava orange '05 Mazdaspeed Miata. There were only 394 lava orange models made......so its damn near a collectors car. Lots of big plans for it, so i'll be sure to check in here every now and then to keep you guys updated
