this is just a copy and paste from the ad I posted on craigslist, that's why its laid out and worded the way it is. and its also priced a little high for craigslist. I figure its a waste of time to post it here considering none of you probably want a LT but its worth a shot I guess. if anyone is interested go ahead and call or text me cause im real bad about forgetting to check back on here.
For sale is a 2007 Chevy Cobalt LT2. 2.2 liter ECOTEC engine with an automatic transmission.
PRICE IS OBO I WILL ENTERTAIN ALL REASONABLE OFFERS, I NEED THIS GONE TO GET THE CAR I WANT THIS WEEK.
The good/mods:
low miles (49,xxx) will go up as its my daily driver
Oil changed EVERY 3K miles
Tinted windows 15% all the way around (Done by Precision window tinting)
Tinted taillights (done with VHT but it was done the RIGHT way, wet sanded and cleared)
DRAG DR-34 wheels, wrapped in Riken Raptors. tires still have pretty good tread. (one rim has some curb rash thanks to a big ass yellow curb in Harriman. I will have a picture of it down below. but all the other wheels are in perfect condition.)
Lowered on Canuck Motorsports springs (has about a two inch drop, it may not look lowered in the pics but a stock cobalt LT looks like a monster truck.) Look up these springs, they are made more for better handling than lowering. (Done by Eurohaus)
INGEN CAI (a REAL cold air intake, not a short ram intake.)
DC SPORTS strut bar
PROGRESS rear sway bar
B&M Shift Plus (not a shift knob, look it up)
Kicker front door speakers
Two Kenwood 12 inch subs with a 1200 watt Kenwood amp. ( I prefer on keeping my subs, amp, and wiring. but for the right price I may let it go.
Painted headlights bezels black (as seen in pics) the lenses suck though so the next owner will need to look into a new set (if your good on the forums you'll easily be able to find a nice set for under $100) they are still bright and work fine so you don't NEED a new set but more then likely its something you'll want to look into.
Did have a stubby antenna but I guess someone else needed it more then me because one day I walked back to my parked car and it was stolen. I only mention it because ill probably have another one on in the next couple of weeks if its not sold. (stock antenna is back on for now)
Just had the center caps to the wheels redone. as seen in the pictures its now black with a Chevy bowtie whereas before it was the Drag logo.
The car has only given me one problem and that was the purge canister, which was a $25 part.
there are some imperfections on the body...
1. right under the license plate holder someone pulled up too close to my car and made a spot on it.
2. on one of the fender wells there is a light scratch as seen in the pics.
3. there is a couple other small, and I do mean SMALL, scratches that I will happily show you.
4. there are some chips on the hood and front bumper. its just the usual road rash and is not bad at all.
overall its a great DD with low miles and has never been driven hard.
