For Sale FS:2005 Cobalt SS/SC
You said you wanted an STi right? lol. Why does everyone want Evos over the STi? Sti just seems like a more solid car. I understand they are more costly to make power compared to the evo, but seems like the driveline on the evos are always breaking. Was gonna buy a AMS buit evo with a Gt35r setup, but the diff eas shot. Was an MR. I called a ton of shops and they said they couldnt even keep the diffs in stock because they were getting toasted left and right from ppl launching them.

The STi is better but not by a whole lot. Instead of blowing clutches, transfer cases, and differentials, they blow power steering pumps, turbos, piston rings, and rear struts.
If you buy either car, you better have a serious funds set up for repairs. I just installed a full turbo back on an '05 STi because the original one literally rotted off within 100K miles.
Out of the two though, the STi is definitely the better built car, you couldn't pay me to drive a pile of **** Mitsubishi.
