just convert it in your head.... (just kiddding), yeah thats kind of far, i had someone from saskatchewan interested (which is still pretty far from ontario),

i though that asking for money for the xtra **** i have in it would go fast, but all i want is it gone , so i can better afford my new house..... although i can afford both, i would like to have xtra every month, too enjoy myself and not just be stuck working and stiting at home watching tv..

thanks everyone for your interest.. SOMEONE TAKE THIS.... PLEASE

Dude it will be tough my monthly pament is only $296 and I was asking $1900 and it was still hard to get someone. With a pament over $400 it will be hard.
Good Luck!

Man you guys wanting people to take over a lease that you have never met. Not trying to discourage but you still need to realize that the vehicle is still in your name and is still on ur credit. If they make late payments or miss a payment it will hurt ur credit. Also what if they dont pay at all. then you have to try and find the car or end up reporting it stolen. I wouldnt do that but thats just my opinion.

hahaha

I think you need to realize that everything gets changed over into the new owners name.....
I am leasing through GMAC (before you can even take the car, you have to be approved by GMAC), once i hear that you are approved from GMAC, i will let them know and find out form the buyer (person taking over the lease) that they infact are now the person responsible for the remainder of the lease, i have nothing to do with the car.......
why do you think i am asking for no money at all, just to take OVER THE LEASE.... and that I will pay all transfer coasts... the car gets transfered into the Next Owner, as well as the Name on the lease gets changed over....

noting is tricked out about it..
i had to put new tires on it... (stock ones only lasted 2years under normal driving)
breaks (sucked) so i put cross drilled/slotted on (way way better breaking)

i kept all stock parts which are back on it not (other then breaks and tires)
the projectors are not on it, (stock lights are)
the alram was a have too, the car got vandilized like 2weeks after i got it (someone ripped off my spoiler, and was replaced and fixed at a GM dealer)

so as it sits right now, its fully warrited and stock (other then GM Stage 2, which was installed by A GM Dealer)

Ahhh I misunderstood. I thought you were just going to let someone take over payments. Sry there.

no problem, i dont think i could ever just let someone take the car.... my little brother wants it, but i dont think he is responsible for what it has for power..

I may keep it, just park it in my garage, (i love it), but my GF of 8years and myself just baught a hosue, it will be built built in April, and i would love extra money to enjoy the house, but i think i may just take insurance off it for the next while... and drive my truck i just got for a bit 94 Chevy Tracker, 10" suspension lift, with 35", complete other end of the car spectrum from the Cobalt..

Well i dont know if it's different in Canada but here you have to keep full coverage on it the whole time you own it GMAC calls radomly to ur insurance to make sure that it is insured

as long as i have fire and theft of it i will be ok...

liability only covers me if i crash into someone and it pays their medical, if they sue me. stuff like that..

as long as fire and theft are left on it its ok up in canada

Talking

I Am Not Gonna post on here much, I am not gonna push selling it anymore, I love the car, If someone wants it, talk to me and we can discuss..

I am gonna keep it and buy it out at the end of the lease if it is not already gone...

if i have to take it off the road for a bit, i will no problem, its coming off the road for winter anyways, and im gonna drive the truck below.. (ok not a truck a mini SUV), but there is not point in putting winter tires on and driving it in the winter, i will just put the winters on and park it in my garage, (beside the 10" Lifted Tracker, with 35' and 4x4 is alot better in the snow
