Im looking for a Cobalt SS/SC with decent milage. The color isn't that big of a deal for me but id prefer black blue or red. Modding or no modding, it doesn't matter because i'm thinking about doing some myself. I'm located in PA but distance isnt that big of a deal either if its what im looking for.
