I am the second owner of the vehicle, bought the car from the dealership with odometer at 39k miles in September of 2009. Battery replaced within the past 2 months (have paperwork to prove), and performed oil changes about every 5-7k miles (never tracked, long boring highway miles, long long work commutes..)

I need to afford this apartment and the Cobalt is unfortunately is something that I do not need to have.
