WTB Cobalt SS/SC maybe Ion RL

Hey guys, looking to get into a Cobalt SS/SC, and may consider an ion redline. I'm looking to spend around 9 grand, let me know if you have anything close to that!! Also, the closer to NY it is the better, im in Dutchess County NY.
