Well I think the pipes were comping off because of the extra pressure because the intercooler was half full. And, because they were all oily so they wouldn't really grab. I'm more concerned about the condition on the turbo and why there is oil everywhere.

spinning in 3rd and blowing charge pipes at the same time? What pressure did you have the slicks at? 15psi?

drop it down to 11/12psi next time. you are doing 2nd gear burnouts to heat them up right? I don't understand, regardless of how shitty the track is prepped, you SHOULD NOT be blowing the tires off of 26"x9" slicks. Unless you are squatting the hell out of the rear end and yanking all the weight off the tires.

Heated up they were about 14-15 psi. 1st gear burnout worked fine for the first pass. But, later, The track was so slick that a near stock e46 M3 looped I'm geussing when shifting into 4th around 1000 feet. Multiple cars were near the wall past 1/8th.

It was awful as soon as the sun went down. It seemed like the track got damp. I thought my clutch was slipping because I couldn't believe the wheel spin.

I bet your tune is off. Almost sounds like you got some wicked high EGT's somewhere along the line causing the turbo to blow the seals.

You are running an oil restrictor for a ball bearing turbo right?????

You were probably spinning on your own oil that you leaked all over the place.

I just went out an unbolted everything. The oil wasn't as bad as I thought. Basically it just coated everything inside of the charge piping. There isn't as much puddling as I expected. Yeah it's got the correct restrictor. IDK why it's acting up.

I can't imagine high egt's would hurt the seals on the compressor side and not effect the hot side. But, it was in the 10's the first pass, so it's possible.
