Wow very nice run man! That's a strong running LSJ you've got there to be running a 14.1 w/ a 2.2 60ft! I, like Mercury, ran a 14.08..but that was with a CAI and a 2.0 60ft! If you can get that 60ft down we might have ourselves a 13 sec. stocker.

with some excelent driving after his launch, the 14.1 could be reached.. these cars do have more power than most can harness.. and i am a firm believer that we will see 13 sec runs from some stockers.. time slips dont lie.. yea, i guess he could have put the "33" on there himself.. but i think thats a lot of trouble for one to go through just to impress some asshats on a forum... nice runs.. next time get a video camera so we dont have to deal with all the bitching...

Great times and driving man . I was running 14.1 - 14.2's @ 100 with just a K&N hung off the stock airbox , so dont let anyone tell you it isnt possible .

 

Don't get me wrong, i think it is awesome. But if i am to bragg about these cars to others, i want to be able to back it up In the last 3 years, i've made over 285 passes down the 1/4 mile and out of all those, i have a couple of slips that just don't add up. Buy you know, thats why they call it racing.

 

Nothing adds up... but just so you and all of your buddies stop acting like 3rd graders, congratulations! If you believe you ran 14.1 and you have a slip from your car then, CONGRATS!

I never said my car(s) was the fastest on the planet. They are both slow.

Look at everyone else's times and slips tons of others have ran 2.2 60' with a trap of 97-99mph and they didn't come out to 14.1-14.2.
