Anyone running 13.3?
Hey I don't exactly have a Cobalt, but I do have a 2003 Grand Am GT with a B205 Saab Ecotec Turbo swapped into it.... I also use the Getrag M86 5speed out of my make's SE model....
I figured I'd fit in here cause noone on the Grand Am site has anything that's near touching my 13.288@110.4mph...
You all are Ecotec fans like I am, and you know that this little engine is one that has tons of potential... (if that wasn't the case then i wouldn't have bothered swapping out my cars old 175hp 3.4 liter V-6)
So let me know, and you can see my current mods (which are mostly Saab parts) in my signature... Don't ya just love the interchangablitiy of GM's parts? lol

wow man.... hey hypsy how'd you even manage to hook that Cavalier up to the track?!... I can get past 10lbs of boost when the TCS starts to engage, and if i really work hard to feather the throttle i can really only "floor it" after i'm well into third.....
do you have some Nitto drag radials?

**** Nittos. Plain and simple they suck. I have never been able to get them to hook up. I am with the TONS of people who have discovered they are a poor excuse for a drag radial. I use BFG Drag Radials and nothing but.
I've made over 200 passes in my car so by this point I had better be able to get it going good. LOL. 2.0 60fts are nothing for me now and I can run 2.0-2.2 all day long.

lol i'll keep those BFG's on my to-buy-list...... and I have to keep the TCS engaged, cause if i turn it off and my boost hits the 20.5 max that its set at for racing, i just white smoke my Dunlops.... maybe i should look into bigger wheels and a stickier set of rubber perhaps?? and i get some wicked torque steer from that thing, my girlfriend almost wrecked it because she was playin around and took the keys to it about two days ago... She was waving goodbye to me and not holding the wheel i guess, and when the boost came in, it turned hard to the right and almost macked a pole...
Limited slip differential might help that i'm guessing, but i can't find one for the Getrag M86, maybe i'll see if i can get a Cobalt S/C tranny to fit into mine....
