stu, I believe it's possible on the stock m62. I don't know if it's possible on the stock head or stock cams though.

Well the SS/TC in this video is running around 60% torque in 1st since he's on street tires, and he's trapping 111-112. That's just with boltons and tune probably around 330whp. He's said that there are some stock turbo cobalts pulling 350+ whp, and possibly more with headwork.

I think with a 1.7-1.8 '60 on slicks, his car (right now) is good for a 12.0-12.2 or with a 1.9 maybe more like a 12.4.

Add more power and get a 1.7-1.8 and you're definitely looking at a high 11.

So IMO spray a 35 shot or 50 shot to guarantee it

I'm hoping for some 7.9x or 8.0s N/A on slicks some day. You can see in my vid how bad my suspension is atm. I will run some spring spacers in the rear next time I go to avoid squat, I think.

Clutch is going to be a stage 3 street clutch or stage 4 6-puck ceramic. Still deciding. Shooting for big nitrous numbers, so I'll have a pretty solid clutch for N/A slicks launches.
