Drag Radials

What size DR is everyone using? I have a chance to get some 275/40 BFG DR's but don't know if they will fit. I'm thinking they might be to big but not for sure.

wayy to wide

The biggest you can go is 235, maybe 245, but its a gamble

If you want to get 275's you're gonna need a set of rims that can handle them

Kind of what I was thinking, but I've been into the Jack Daniels tonight. They would be free and they only have 1 pass on them.

Yeah I'm going to try and get the car to the tire shop this weekend. I've got some beat up 245's at my free will to use so I might just get em anyways.

I took a 275/40 17 tire/rim from my Z28 and held it in the front tire well ...no chance in hell dude will that fit . A 245 or 255 is about all she wrote . "If" I ran a drag radial on this car i'd run a 245/45 17 or a 245/50 16" like shortbus has .

M and H tires are the ****. Those guys have done sooo much work with FWD cars. I love my drag radials and I can't wait to run slicks.

Definitely get them. After running Drag radials, I would only go slicks from now on.
