yes I did loose some weight but nothing out of the norm for a drag set up. I emptied the trunk completely, and took out the back seats. Without me in the car's the weight was around 2760 or so. I had about 2 gallons of gas in the car as well. My range was near 80 miles when I got to the track.

^^ that isn't a bad weight I am around 180 so pulling out the seats doesn't help much. something around 30 lbs difference between my weight and yours.

I never said i let off at the eighth mile i rolled out of it with about 100 feet to go. I might have been able to squeak more out. I know i shifted too early to third it wasnt up in r's high enough. Maybe next time. Id love to break 14's.

that is a great 60' I would be deeper in the 14s if I could get off the line like that.

what do you mean. i have pics of my car wiht the car number on it and the timeslips have the car number im legit. when i get em up here. i thought that was the rule before your actually added to the list. you;ll know if the times are believable or not. im dissapointed that i cant get a good 60ft yet i hit 94 in the Quarter. my best 60 is 2.33. if i can know a tenth off id be much better off

It wasn't directed towards you.I'm saying in general the only real proof is video. It's easy to get a faster slip and change your number for the pic.

yeah the track is a great track and records are broken all the time there. The SC guys normally (fairly stock from what I have seen) run in the super low 14s. But since the track is open every weekend from march/april until november, we can get a lot of practice.

why would i bullshit my time? what do i have to gain? i fully understand what you are saying. I would of had video but my g/f was at church, and my other friend that normally goes with me just got out of the hospital. I will get some videos next season, we are now down to the big closing events of the year.
