First Time in the SS/TC
Car has a Dejon SRI, GM Stage 1, Hahn 3" catback, P&P Tune. Went 13.90 right off the road. Then 13.7. Let the car cool a little and went 13.34 and then it went 13.18. Not bad at all. Will be going back next week with new intercooler, hot/cold charge piping, Hahn intake, ZZP catless downpipe. Hoping for 12's.

No. I launched around 3500-4000 slipping the clutch out.
This guy ^^^ knows what he is doing. He is responsible for the tune. Can't believe the work he can do!

I would hope so .... 270-280 whp & over 300 wtq (GMS1 avg. numbers) should be more than enough to get a Cobalt into the 12's. People just need to learn how to drive these cars. Hell, Hatrickstu got into 12's with an LSJ only make 250-260 whp. It can be done

So you're saying a stock ss/tc should be close to 12's? Stu has done a great job with the m62 and is continuing with the turbo setup. But he was trapping 108 or higher on his runs. Not possible with that power level on the ss/tc IMO.

Stu was making less power than a GMS1 SS/TC. With slicks and a good driver a GMS1 SS/TC sould be able to dip into 12's. The power is there to do it. By the why, a stock SS/TC doesnt make 250-260 whp so I don't understand why you brought that up.
