first time at track tonight
well made 4 runs... nonoe of them were good, but ti was fun.
also not a single run wnet without some sort of fail either me or the car
first run was 28@34mph
just to let you know how it went, but each run got better
ill scan them in and post the rest tomorrow right now im off to bed

sorry guys i was tired yesterday
anyways as soon as i started to get into boost in furst gear my intercooler pipe popped off and i had no throttle control, or power for the whole run. it sucked hahaha
second run, bad launch, short shift to 2nd to stop wheel hop, get halfway through third and the pipe pops off in a diff spot. ran a 14.8 at 108
third run, decided that short shifting would help (scared of the the pipe coming off again) 14.7@103
4th run was against jaredB
this was fun, we line up he takes off, i realize the light is green. he starts .6 second ahead of me. i got a better 60' 9nothing to brag about, but my best of the night) by the 1/8 mile was trapped 3mph faster than him, i was def catching up big time. at the 1000' i was about to pass him, i was excited and just looking over at his car, forgot to shift rode out the rev limiter for 300 feet or so. ran a 14.2@110

Damn I did worse than that...I spun all the way through first not even trying the first time and ran a 15.3 @ 99 MPH with a 2.7 60'
the second time I had to short shift first to eliminate wheel hop but ran a 15 at 101 mph with a 2.8 60'.
I beat a Challenger SRT-8 almost haha.

ya i wasnt really paying attention, i have a bad habit of watching other people when im at the track, my reaction times tell that story. i was watching jared as i was getting to the end of the track.
ive got non lsd and crap tires, it just spins 1st and then as i get off the clutch in second it is spinning second, no wheel hop but def spinning. i get traction right about the time i shift into third.
if i shifted into 4th i think i would have trapped a bit higher. this car likes to pull. but thats next time.
ive got the lsd tranny, sticky(er) tires, new clutch, wot box, solid intercooler pipes, and big axles waiting to go in, i just wanted a baseline to see where i can go with this car. o ya and ive got some of those horse blinders so i can keep my eyes on my lane hahahaha
