if you're talking to me, the was regular shifting. that was my first time ever at the track with any car. after i got the 2.8, 60s, and super safe tune. i went 13.78. and i haven't been able to make a decent pass with what in my signature yet. but i'm quite excited cause the methanol is coming tomorrow. 90/10 meth/water mix with a 10gph nozzle.

 

holy crap dude...i wanna go to that track. There was no way I'd get that many runs in today, they were slammed up there. Of course, it was open racing all day from 12-9 for whoever wanted to race. there were 21sec civics racing up there....it was stupid.

EX- are those your times when you were stock or after some mods?

completely stock with an ebay fart can. which really didn't do anything other than sound cause it was crush bent 2.25" piping

 

Not tryin to rag on your times or anything, but my 60' times were faster...so I'm losing it somewhere down the track. And I'm not shifting til the absolute last second. So it's gotta be how I shift or something...

your car has a nice acceleration. but, you probably just aren't making enough power through third gear to keep that acceleration up

Thanks...I think I broke something tho. Gotta make an appt to take it back to the dealer and get checked out. I keep hearing a thunk kind of noise comin from the front suspension when I hit even the smallest bumps. Its hard to explain, but it's deffinately not supposed to be makin that noise.

 

your mph is kinda low .... stock ss/sc usually run 98-100 mph in the 1/4, but the 14.6 is deff. a decent time for your first time
