so i just installed my header and downpipe with hi-flow cat and i lost 2 tenths. my best before was a 14.49 at 99.16mph and now i am consisantly 14.7 at 96.7mph. i'm thinking the meth injection will help get back to where i was but it sucks losing power after opening the exhaust a bit more.

on a side note, there was a new skyline there with temp tags still in his window running a 12.43 at 118mph. pretty cool, but it seemed like maybe the launch control was not being used, because it left the line like a slow pig. no vids because i didn't have a camera. also remember, we race at 5800 ft out here.

 

you didnt "lose" power.. different day different temp different track prep.. its common sence lol

 

He clearly lost power. His trap nearly went down 3mph!

 

i clearly lost power at top end. i have 9 runs since the change and not even close to what i ran before.

 

wow, that box tune is killing you. Need to get retuned for your new exhaust mods. You'll pick what you lost back up and then some.

 

do u have a tune or anythign dude? maybe the tune is not reading the extra air idk?
