New Personal Best

Went to National Trail Raceway on Saturday and in 90 something degree weather I ran a 14.07 at 102mph. Lowered the front tires to 20lbs and had to leave the rears at 34 cause the air pump at the track decided to break so had no choice. My 60' was 2.19 and only thing I have done to the car is a drop in K&N air filter.

My cousin and I were messing around seeing who could get a better time out of it. He had me beat for a while cause he went a 14.09 and then I had finally hit the 14.07. My best prior to that was 14.23. It was definately a fun day. What made it even better were some people asking me questions about the car and they'd say how impressive it is that a little 2.0L is running that fast in the kind of heat that was there.

Went to Cecil County Dragway this past weekend and finally got my 13 second pass. Went a 13.97 @ 103mph with a 2.17 60' So I made my goal now I'll just use it for when I go to the High Performance Driving Schools.
