Lol, theres actually a lot of space around the sleeve though. I compared my stock block to the zzp block. They fill the gap with aluminum hence the girdle. Big difference.

I hear ya. You can order their block and swap everything over. I just don't know if I'd rev to 8200 though with the stock harmonic balancer.

Yea I have neutral shafts but no ati dampner.

Putting it back together I may take out the ac and all that to try and lighten it down to like 2600 lbs if able. Its at 2900 the way it sits.

Lol, I had to use your photo btw Cmiller. A guy in a 1g that weighs about what our cobalt does decided he was a god because he has more power than me or you and still only ran a 10.9, lol.

Yea idk if I will do that yet either. But I have only use the ad twice this year so far so it's not really benefiting me. I would do other stuff as well. The going fast bug has bit me again lol. I just wanted to go tens, now that's not good enough.

I'm confident you will recover from this slight setback, and build it better than before!

So were you using the motorcycle slicks during this 10.89 run though? I am prob running the 17" ones to retain the brembos. Also did it feel like your car kept pulling past 7400rpm, I thought the phasers didn't work past that.
