I didn't say from a roll. You out trap me by quite a bit in the 1/4, but I out trap you in the 1/8 even though you out 60' me, and you haven't run as quick as me in the 1/4 yet. I meant it would be a badass dig run because my best is a 10.85 and your best is a 10.89 with a back and forth in between. You'd actually get out on me off the line, then I'd come by you midrange by the 1/8 mile and hold it for a bit, then you'd be coming back strong top end. On a good pass for both of us, it would be a photo finish.

That's me. I saw you over there. I'm sure the lowered rear isn't helpin you out too much on the launch. lol

I see, I actually got the shims for the front and it is lowered now too. It is weird how much mid range our bikes have for only being 600 and 750's. From the 330 to the 1/8th mile your bike and my bike alike are killing my car and then I slowly pull back on top. I pull more on the top end them my buddies 2012 zx10, he is about 240lbs tho to. We want to do a 70+ roll when the car goes back together to see the results.

It makes sense when you figure in power, weight, and drag. Anything not making much power, like a bike can still acellerate quickly when it weighs 1/6 what a car does. However, it doesn't have 1/6 the wind resistance, so that advantage is going to fade the faster you go. Top speed is much more about horsepower, and very little about weight.

Good way of putting it. I am always just looking at the power to weight ratio. Makes sense when you think about it in terms of say a turbo busa and an underground racing lambo. The power to weight goes to the busa most the time and yet the lambos still win.

Yeah, I try to tell people how hard these 600's and 750's pull mid range from around 40-100+ compared to their trap speeds, but most don't listen. The trap speeds are deceiving because by 125-130, aerodynamics are taking over, especially on the 600's. But I still trap 104 in the 1/8 in DA's between 2,500 and 3,000, and the bike is pulling even harder than that down between the 330' and the 1/8. From a 1st gear 40 mph race, it usually takes a solid 130 mph car to hang next to me up to 125-130, then past that they'll start walking away.

Depends on the turbo Busa. I've yet to see an all out turbo Busa run one of the all out UGR Lambos. I've seen them run them in the 350-400 whp range but there are a good number of 550-600+ whp Busas out there on high boost. A guy I know down the road has one that makes over 300 on his lowest boost setting and around 600 when he cranks it, and it's a street bike. That would be quite a race to see against one of those 1500+ UGR Lambos. A bike like that, if geared properly, isn't losing any steam even well past 200 mph. We're talking about bikes that are making around 1 whp per lb. Even the 1500 whp UGR Lambos are at about half that or less.

Nice. That's pretty good when you factor in FWD, turbo, and manual trans. It's pretty much everything you don't want in a bracket car.

Yep horsepower makes speed. Less Weight makes more speed. My old 427 junkyard engine ran 12.98 @ 104mph in a 4500 lb GMC . Took that engine and put it in a back halved 76 Opel Sport Wagon and went 9.90 on the first pass with a glide.
