I go to beaver springs in northern PA every friday or saturday. Laid down a 13.6 @ 106 with stage 2 and kumho ecsta's a hurst shifter and a stiffy damper. no other mods whatsoever besides a cut airbox.

 

Were you the other cobalt ss on their 100 mph club? Do you have your slip you can post? 60', 1/8th, all the times actually. That is a really good time. My best up there so far is a 13.7 at 108.

 

Norwalk jipped me... I was on pace to make my fastest pass ever, more than likely... and they only printed the 1/8 mile (which is better than only the 330' that they were giving everyone else.)

Anyone else got a comment on that? If that is true, well done. I just think that is about impossible to pull. Especially at Beaver.

The top 2 60's on the site are 1.83 then 1.93. These were both pulled on DRs.

 

im wondering, in what way do you have to adjust the cables to make the revers lockout work? can you write a how to for it?

 

Went to cecil county last night and ran for the first time. Its a bone stock 2.4 5spd.
I was impressed. Im gona go down fri night and try for the 14s.

damn nice times......first stock 2.4 in the 14's....hell that 9.66 1/8th ties my 2.4 w/ Intake exhaust and a tune

 

Damn... the 2.4L's are ripping these days. GM must have done something to the 08's...
