For some reason, with the times you mentioned, I am thinking you are under estimating.

Well we got the second event over with more disappointment. We had the motor trouble the first week so in went a new motor. The first pass this saturday gave us a 6.53 which was ok for right off the trailer and with the second pass we had the new engine puke. The nice thing about the whole situation is that this car has still never lost to any car that it has lined up against. The last pass this week that blew the motor was a horrible time but still rolled through the lights ahead of the competition.

I have some new pics that i will post later with the door panels in it. They did a really clean job of cutting the slots for the roll cage.

we dont know other than there is no sign of no. 3456 rods ever being in the engine except for a few little pieces. we hardly ever have engine trouble but we have made up for it lately.

Does this mean you have a perforated block now???

no perforated block. got lucky. but most everything else ruined. put a 289 c.i. in and ran descent at 6.33 but still not what we are looking for. looking for 6 teens at 110. will keep you posted.

i'm gonna bring my video camera to the track Friday and get some good quality videos from the burnout box and maybe get one from the far end of the track. You guys gotta hear this motor.
