Perfect cold Indiana fall air=INSANE stock pulley times

I was expecting a good night , but OMG .....my car was flying tonite . Weather was near perfect , 50's to start then high 40's later in the night , humidity below 40% and the barometer was between 30 and 31 to the high side all night . I wish to god I knew the DA , I dont have a calculator and no oone at the track did either . The night started out fairly average 14.1's-14.0's , track was slick but I was still managing 2.2 60's , biggest prob was the 1-2 shift would blow the tires off . The once all the slick cars started running and got some good heat in the track , 60's went down , I was dead hooking 2nd and the the ET's went down ALOT . Ran a string of 13's the best being a 13.74 . Then the last pass of the night I frikin nailed the lauch , I actually bogged it a lil to a 2.115 60ft and a 13.648@102.99 ET . The pass felt GOOOOD , but man ....I still cant believe it ran that ....especially since there was a GM stage 2 Redline with exhaust that was running 14.3's @98 mph At any rate , Im happy as hell ......I love this car

Mods are in my sig . I cant thank Rob (FAST06SS/ Hoosier Performance ) enuff .....dude , I told you after you tuned my car that I cant wait for the nice fall night air ......here's why bro All runs were made on BFG KDW 2 radials @ 24 psi front /45 rear psi . Rob scaled back the boost on launch ( it helped A TON launching the car) , lauched at idle and popped the clutch , modulated the throttle . 1-2 speed shift @ 7100 , 2-3 full on powershift @ 7100 .

Damn nice times. Excellent driving! I need to get my car tuned badly. I think that's what is killing me right now from great times. It should be fun when I get back to the states in January with the cool weather!

Thanks guys . I wish some of the 2.5/2.6 pulley/slick cars coulda been there . Given what I ran with my mods , I think a new Cobalt ET record would be a sub12.50 easily .
