Damn, will some ppl get a life.

This damn vendor thing pisses me off! Rev It Up (Tiny) you are giving a bad image for yourselves over at Rev It Up...All this is very childish...

Each kit accomplishes one goal; MORE POWER! And again each kit does it in a different way and both make more power well....

Again Rob, Congrats

Sure, congrats, I guess I nothing more to say till race season starts here.

However, funny that the wheel fell off that pickup the day you were there. And "2TonFun"? Hahaha, still looks like a cop car.

You guys are too much. The man tells you what he actually ran, 5 posts later you are telling him that he has a 12 sec. car. I dont care what the car is capable of, if you cant make it perform that way, its of no use to you. All the racing on paper is driving me crazy. Still, its nice to see the car in the 13s. And very consistent. Congrats.

Now can we all just get along?

Nice runs man can't wait to see improved times. Competition is a GOOD thing, the more they push to make more power in their kits the more we all benefit. I agree the only way to settle this argument is to have one car on each lane with a different kit at the drag strip.

Just my .02

I agree... sounds like a bunch of 16years olds that are jealous and crying about mine is better....bla bla....

All Fast06SS did was post his times and back up his claim of the power he was making. The topic wasn't about which kit is better. Just about that his kit makes the advertised claims at the track and at the street.

He proved it. End of story. He's one of the first customers with the Intense kit at the track to test it. Congrats.

We should all learn from his experence where we can improve on and make things better for the cobalt SS community. Not badmouth and call him a lier. Gosh, the guy went out of his way to post all this and give feedback.

I knew the kit made the power, just wanted to see how the clutch was going to hold. AWESOME results and now that I see the clutch survived the abuse. I'm ready to order one for my next mod.

To all that think Tiny was an ass, you need to grow up. Anyone over 25 knows were he was going. It's called documantion and without it your just talking. Now that the slips are out it's documented.

It's nice to see the first SS hit a 13.5 and back it up. Way to go FAST06SS and congrets to you

Thanks!

The main frustration came from if i was going to lie, which i don't, i would have at least posted a 12.x at some big mph!! Geez, give me some credit

I also PM'd Tiny on the side trying to let him know about me and where i come from but that obviously didn't work.

I understand i'm a newbie to this community but i am in no way a newbie to racing

At least now i have proven i'm legit!

Now lets make more power!!!!!!!!

On street tires with the kit you should definately be able to post 13 sec runs.

Very nice times!! Remember, if you have extra ordinary times, always have the proof first! One person was out of line and I know what aftermarket kit not to get just from his attitude!

"Your Cobalt SS weighs about 3100 pounds and can complete a 1/4 mile in about 14.52 seconds. That means that you've got about 200.15 HP at the wheels, and about 260.19 HP at the flywheel."

Is that right

I don't know if this applies to this specific thread or not, I thought I'd interrupt some of the bashing for a legitimate question:

All of the talk about going under 2.8 in regards to pulley size. I heard somewhere that machining to the supercharger "snout" is necessary to go below 2.8. Do any of you have this work done?

YES... I was talking about TINY. I thought it was unprofessional. He did say he didn't believe it and called BS. That was fine, but went too far by calling him a liar.

He jumped the gun to quick and resulted in him looking YES like an "A$$" while FAST06SS said he was going to provide proof when he scanned the slips.

FAST06SS posted the slips and then Tiny still needed more. Still thinking those were fake timeslips and wanted to see proof. FAST06SS gave him that extra proof for a second time.

Now that above statement bites him in the A$$.

He had the proof, just didn't have a chance to post it fast enough. Everyone was jumping down on him. He explained his reasons and said he'd post the proof. That's why I also think it was out of line.

Well, like i tried saying before, I was always called a liar till I had some proof, plain and simple, so I never open my mouth until I have video. Period. Just going off my past expiriences.

The only reason I thought it was not legit was because there was a statement made that this was the first time racing a manual and just about every slip was cutting a .1xx light and the quarter mile times were all within about .1xx.

Take that with the fact that there were 2 automatic impala's at the track that day and you get suspicion. The slips were posted, we'll all congratulate Mr. Archer, and I hope that all the customers have the same luck with thier cars.

See you at the track.
