Look who's talking. Maybe you should consider taking a geography lesson or two to learn where Mexico City is. As you may or may not already know, it is the Mexican Capital. The official language of Mexico is--no, not Mexican...it's actually Spanish!

Ever think that not everyone speaks English as their native tongue? Even if he does, he is likely to be surrounded by people who don't speak it as their native language, so he needs to be bilingual in that effect, too.

Perhaps Avro206 can help convert that time to sea level elevation for you. He also lives in a high altitude area and he knows a bit about conversions
