stock tc 13's?

I want to run a 13.9 stock. First time ever to the track I went 14.6. This time I want to throw out a 13.9. Car feels like it pulls harder and is defiantly louder"all of this happened at 1700 miles after I left the track, never drove the catr that hard before that point" I want to know what things you did to pull of a under 14 sec pass with your ss/tc balt"stock".
Tire pressure?
Launch Control? " I launch at 2300" "never have used it"
Shift Point RPM?
When to leave on the tree?
NLS? "I do it threw all the gears"
What ever else you can come up with?

Thanks guys any input will help i feel this is very possible im super comfortable in the car know.

24-26psi for tires, i was leaving at 3000 stock, dont dump the clutch. NLS 1-2nd and nls 2nd-3rd. dont worry about when you leave. Reaction time means nothing unless your racing in a bracket or the person next to you. I hit 13.9 stock after a lot of practice

Launch around 2500, dont dump the clutch but slip it quickly. Shift 1st before 6K using NLS, then 2nd right at 62-6300 NLS again. Shouldn't need to hit 4th if you do it all right, you should hit the limiter RIGHT at the trap

I ran 13.9 @ 103 stock.

launch at 2200, feather clutch out, WOT at 4k in 1st, NLS @ 5800rpms 1-2 shift, 6k NLS the rest. I always popped into 4th gear on the 1/4 mile literally 50 feet before it ended (I would have bounced off of limiter if I didn't), see time below on stock tune.

Front 20psi
Rear 40 psi

NLS 1 to 2? Im guessing thats only with stock power. Im putting down over 300 HP and TQ, guessing that the tranny would not care for NLS outta 1st gear

NOOOO, do not NLS 1-2 with a tune. That was with the stock tune. I ran 13.8 STOCK. lol. I would NLS 1-2 with that. No more though. Getting dyno'd tomorrow to find my results.

I havent tried a 1-2 NLS since the tune, any other gears were fine tho *knocks on wood*

i ran 13.9/13.8 stock... did nothing, not even let air out the tires

mixed reviews, some people chewed up their tranny, others haven't ... I'll NLS at the track, not daily driving though

Plenty of people are using NLS with tunes. I saw what Maven(IIRC) posted about the 3 tranny's but the common view Ive seen is those were flukes. Ive been using it 2-3 and 3-4 at the track without issue thus far.

I also would like to cut a 13 before the mods start-it's obviously doable but I have a tendency to launch too hard. I've played around with tire psi f/r-just wondering how much it really helps and how risky it is going too low up front(below 25 or so).
When it's all said and done driver mod and a good 60' should get it done. Also gained 2-3 mph by resetting ECU + K&N drop-in.

I ran a 13.777 @ 104.60 w/ a 2.250 60' Time. Bone stock, NLS 1-2, 2-3, and 4th at the very end.

went 13.5 at 103.69 with a 2.0 60'....put my conti's to 20psi and NLS 1st-3rd...i DEF think the car has a 13.3 in it tho with a 1.9 60' on my DR's tho...

If you want to have a good e.t. you will want to NLS 1-2, and 3. Why is eveyone launching at such low rpm. It makes sense why so many people are running high 13's. You don't launch a car at 2500 rpm. We have been NLS are car all season, you shouldn't be hurting trannys on a 13sec car.

You must have better tracks then some of us. The one I goto almost has grooves in the start area and it grips right at the line then totally slick to the 60'. Hard to make a really good 60' time there.

It's all in the clutch release and throttle compression. Dump and mash = spin, feather/slip the clutch while easing into the gas = low 60'

Da, getting 2.1's on the stock tires was my best so far.
