I have a favorite saying I like to tell ppl when they move up here from sea level:

"You remember what you dynoed at the wheels? You're now making that at the crank"

Wow, so much bitching going on in this thread. Lets get to the facts here........if a car has the power to trap at 100 mph, then it could do it in good traction conditions and bad traction conditions......the hard part is obviously getting the car to hook in the bad conditions. This can be VERY hard to do.....getting the 100 mph part is easy. For you to be expecting the guy to get the ET to match his trap speed is ridiculous.......I guarantee that YOU wouldn't be able to do it in near freezing conditions.

Not necessarily true. When spinning off the line... you usually have a much HIGHER trap speed.

I've ran a 13.9 @ 101.3 with a 2.2 60'...

and I've ran a 14.5 @ 104.9 with a 2.5 60'

The lower my ET goes... the slower I seem to trap.
