After discussing this in workchat yesterday it go me thinking. The 04 redline has a better passenger side axle than the ss/sc, instead of going DSS stage 2 axles what about ordering 04 redline axles? or is the replacement part now just the 05+ axle...it was a thought i had. discuss

Not sure if you could get the 04 axles but if you can, they're both stronger then all other years

 

dont quote me but im guessing on how expensive stock axels are for us..the redline ones are equally as expensive so its more of a finding some of a wrecked rl

cuz why buy stocks when a lil bit more and get stg2

 

bingo but i wonder if you go to the saturn parts counter and ask for 04 axles if the 04s are a different part than the 05+ or if they will just give you the 05+ ones as replacements

 

If you go to Saturn and ask for 04 axles they will sell you the same axles that are in the 05+ because the 04 part number has been superseded.

That's true, we will have to wait and see how they turn out. Too bad I just ordered DSS Satge 2 axles
