2.2 auto tranny flush questions

ok im about to do a tranny flush on my car at school. what kind of fluid should i get? how many quarts?

my biggest question is will this void my warranty doing it myself? i have 30k on the car

Nothing will void your warrenty unless your dealer can prove that whatever you did, caused the failure of the part in question.

you should not be trying to flush your trans at 30k rofl

its recommended at 30k. better to be safe then sorry

i was under the impression the auto trannys did not need any maintenance until around 100k

perhaps i misread at some point. sorry, never owned an auto cobalt past 20k

Use however much your flush machince calls for. For example a BG flush machine uses 16.
