2.2 tranny?

what transmission is in the 2.2 and what are its specs i.e. max ft-lbs. stuff like that. thanks to anyone that knows

it's the Getrag F23. i used to know the spex but i think they might even be on wikipedia.

this is clearly conservative, i'm throwing 175lbft at it now, and others are running n2o on it and are likely pushing upwards of 200lbft of tq at it.

yeah, my friend had told me that the 2.2 has the same as the 2.0 and i figured he was full of it, besides the info is good to have. thanks!

Im pushing over 224wtq out of my car, so i would say it can take some beating. Soon ill be pushin 15psi so we'll see how it holds. i've got a ss tranny lined up incase it fails. gonna cryo-freeze it to be safe.
