ARP fly wheel bolts and exedy hyper single?

hey i recently bought the ARP flywheel bolts of ZZP and had a Exedy Hyper single clutch as well. my question is:

the heads of the bolts hit my clutch plate. thier was a set of washers that came with the kit so i used them. can i get away with out the use of em? as well is it safe to grind the heads down?

**** I have that combo. I bought the arps so when I put in my lightweight flywheel i could reinstall with them. Also It doesn't look like my fidanza flywheel will work with the hypersingle either.

You must have different ARP bolts then me. Mine had no washers and cleared everything just fine.
