Anyone on here had any dealings with auto trans.
I have a HHR-SS, and was wondering whats the upper limit on H.P. and Torque, that it will safely handle.
I've got the Trifecta tune, but thinking about more engine mods, if trans will take the heat.

I'm pretty sure a few HHR autos toasted the trans with just a tune. The stock HHR auto is limited a lot lower than the Cobalt IIRC. 220 hp vs. 260? If you're Trifecta tuned I suspect you are already around 280ish so be careful.

You can check at LNFperformance dot com, I think that's where I saw a toasted HHR auto.
