If the shift kits are based on resistance like I think they are, the AutoTrans probably has the potential for a higher resistance value than the B&M, which is why I want to either add a Second B&M in series, or add another resistor into the mix

I think if you used both it would definitely grenade your tranny

By the sound of it, the interceptor is much more powerful than the B&M

Which is why the B&M rules, the switch is mounted underneath the steering wheel, so I can flip it on and off easily

If you are going to keep that type of connector, I would suggest packing them with dielectric grease. The will eventually corrode and cause you problems. Everyone that lives where it never snows probably doesn't have to worry about this, but it can be a problem for us snow belt people.

Hack, when you put the switch under the steering wheel did you pull the steering wheel down to hold the switch in place? Is it a tight fit for yours?

yeah, I lifted the steering wheel all the way up, then fit the switch underneath it, then lowered the wheel just enough to hold it in place

K, thanks. i think that is going to be the easiest place to mount the switch. the little compartment with the trunk release wont work as good as the steering wheel.

I have 25 of them coming in. Damn you guys bought up the first batch in like two minutes. 10 of the ones on the way are already spoken for. They all should be here very shortly. Thank you everyone for hanging in on the restocking order.
