with a micro strip of leds behind the steering colom.. they look better with the lights off tho.. i had the interior lights on in the video

the next best thing would be the b&m shift plus... also it's good caus eyou can turn it on and off..

I have an 06 cobalt LS coupe.
Where is the PCM connector under the hood.. i can't seem to locate it and my car looks a little different under the hood then the picture. It's definatly a 2.2 though.

If you have an automatic....the tranny connector is 4" right of, and slightly lower than, the engine oil filter housing. It might be hidden by a large wire loom over it.

With a auto 2.4L, would I benefit more from an HP tune?
cuz that's what I was looking at honestly.
This looks cool too. I just don't like the idea of me splicing and tapping when I'd get better results from someone with a computer.

This is kind of off topic and I did a quick search and I didn't find anything, but has anyone ever installed a Transmission cooler on the cobalt? Maybe I missed something in my search?

i am worried about during the winter (since in LI we have yet to see any snow yet) that with the autotrans i will loose alot of traction so i am turning it on it's lowest setting. Since last night i was driving home and the ground was a little wet and while getting on the LIE once my car hit 2nd i was spinning my tires and felt the car slipping.. but then after it gained traction it was like a shot out of a gun it took off like all hell

reguarding the cars it works with....should work with all 4t45e trannies

however, i have a question...would the b&m shift kit put more or less stress on the tranny? i would think more, as its being worked harder, but i recall that the transmission works harder to provide smooth shifting than a rapid shift....

basically, im going to be going turbo ones garrets alpha kit is out, and will already be pushing my tranny to its limits, and i want to know if the b&m can put it over the edge, or actually help the tranny last longer

the stock tranny can hold much more power than you can put out easily without forced induction right now. close to double the power no problem. as far as with the turbo, not really sure. guess it depends how much it puts out. at that point, i'm not sure if the B&M would hurt or help. someone with more experience should be able to help you out with that, like NJHK he's pretty familiar with the turbo ecotecs, probably as much or more than anyone on the site. all the B&M does is increase the line pressure, so i don't think it will be a problem. i do remember someone saying that people have had them running on cavaliers for a long time with no problems, same tranny.
