Best clutch to get!

Ok as alot of you know, I just fryed my clutch at 5,000 miles. The dealer said they would warrenty it but ofcourse they put the same style clutch back in it. Well soon I plan on running a stage 5 kit on my car and I am going to need to replace my clutch with a racing clutch. well i don't want to warrenty my clutch just to have to redo it later this summer. So what is the best clutch to buy that will hold up to between 300 and 330hp and still have close to the stock feeling? Also what flywheel is better, spec or fidanza?
