I was like Thank God! but truely I was like ****. Well I have officially went through 2 sets of Axles from GM! Wow do these things suck. Ran a best of a 12.9 tonight though so I was stoked! But anyway had to get a buddy to drive an hour to bring a trailor to tow me to Chevy. Once again it is in there gettin the axles replaced! YAY!

I honestly didn't think the dealer would replace these under warranty.. The only reason for snapping them would be for obvious reasons not driving normal. Second, there are a lot of us who know a decent amount but we don't go around on the forums acting like we do. Thrid, u don't come on here and make **** up, your just gonna make a bad name for yourself and FYI there are a lot of different members with different cars on this forum so you might want to watch what you say especially about the SRT-4 guys since they are on this forum.. Just don't make **** up and be honest and no one will gang up on you

Hey man, I wasnt saying that your car was either crap or slow. I was mearly stating that it is a general rule, that because the driver side axle is shorter, it will break under heavier loads. All that means is that if you have the power under the hood, then why not launch at 200rpms lower and prevent the axle from breaking in the first place. It was just a general statement, no shots were given or sent by it.

no i knew u meant nothing rude by what u said. but now im really not worried I ordered the stage 2 axles because gm wanted the same price as the stage 2 axles just for one of their stock piece of **** axles. So i ordered those, picked up my car from the dealer, loaded it on a trailer and towed it home. Ill have the axles installed wed when they come in and will launch a lot higher now.

Sometimes dropping 200rpms on launch will save those axles.
We have equal length shafts

Because you didn't know they were from the CSC club, and you didn't know that the chicago Redline guys hang out with the CSC club, and you didn't know that I'd ask them what time you ran, and you didn't know that the slip you posted is a friend of mine's slip...

I already extended the challenge to you in the other thread. October 7th, Autobahn Country Club. Bring it. I don't drag race, I road race, but I'll be more than happy to wipe both tracks with your axle pieces...

Now, accept or be a looser...

Oh and... sack up... whatever the hell that's supposed to mean...

Look dude, you lied, you got busted, apologize and move on.

Who's your buddy in the CSC, I'm not seeing anyone of them admitting to knowing you...

So are you going to accept Sp00n's call out or not?

Also, how are you doing the LFP prototype? Are you kidding me, Mark already told me none of the Cobalt people he sent it to says its possible to hook up...which isn't true because now I am going to have to go and make the brackets this week for him...

I was supposed to be the other prototype tested supposedly u had someone with a cobalt ss who lives down the street from you so he let u do it and fab up the brackets. I talk to mark a lot and when u finish making the brackets he is sending them to me as well as a H/E because we are going to be selling them through our shop in IL.

And no I dont autocross. So why would I take my car to do it when its not set up at all for auto-x. my buddy has a mini he auto-x that is fully set up for it. I dont even have a sway or strut bar. so since i drag and he doesnt and he auto-x and i dont we dont have a challenge i guess!
