cable adjustment

Looking for a procedure on how to adjust the shifter cables anyone?

^^i gotta do da sometimes its hard to get into 1st or reverse, also i've been locked out once or twice hard shifting

I did that procedure, still not helping. After driving and shifting normally, my pedal gets weak, stopped on an incline on the way home from work, in 1st gear with pedal depressed it wanted to take off, had to hold the brake, car is pissing me off!
