can i drop the car with 235's?

alrite i've heard that if you use 235 tires you cant drop the car because the the tire can rub.
is that totaly true??? i can get a hell of a deal on a set of 235/40 falkins but i want to drop the car for the better tire hop control and the better cornering. i just want to know if i drop the car on thosue tires will it rub?

if its a slight rub can i bend out the inner fender or something like that?

Do it! Let me know how it works out because I'm wondering the same thing. I'd really like to get 245's under there more importantly.

Where in south jersey are you?

I have a 245/45 tire in my garage, brand new but I know it won't fit. I wish it would
