car won't go into gear

yesterday I drove my car like normal, parked it for a couple hours and tried to drive it again. car started fine, but won't shift into 1st, or any gear for that matter while the car is on. turned it off and the shifter moves like normal. started the car in 1st with clutch pedal completely depressed, and the car starts pulling like the clutch is barely engaged (but does not kill it). also while the car is on and in 1st, i cannot take it out of 1st even with pedal fully depressed. any help on this is appreciated.

Did you get this fixed yet? If so what was it? My car does this sometimes and would rather fix it now before it gets bad. thanks!
