Car wont move in any gear

As stated my car wont move in any gear. I put it in to 1st gear and try and take off and the car acts like it is in neutral. I tried it all five gears and reverse and still nothing. There are no visible leaks under the car and i really dont know what the heck is going on. Any help is greately appreciated.

time for a new clutch, or your shift linkages, or slave cylinder.

no suspension work the car is bone stock...... it feels like it goes into gear like normal but it just wont move when i release the clutch and accelerate???

The car would knock BAD during normal operations while turning and it this just surprised the hell out of me I was not even expecting it!

Axel, CV Shaft, Half Shaft, Drive shaft ect...
Its the round thing that comes out of the transmition, goes to some ruber boot, then another round shaft, that goes to another boot next to your wheel.

first, crawl under and pull on your axles, they shouldn't move in or out. if they do, you have an axle problem.

possibly. I know mine was just an issue of a small C clip coming out, allowing the shaft to come apart from the CV joint itself

i think mine is a little bigger problem its snapped in half. How long does it take to replace an axle and would i have to replace both or just the damaged one?

Well i had my wife step on the accelerator and the broken axle spins but wheel will not turn. The other axle just stays in place. Could it just be a axle that i need to replace?

yep, just the axle. jack up the car, pull off the wheel. Undo the bolt in the bottom of the knuckle that pinches the ball joint, remove the knuckle from the control arm. Remove the abs sensor connector. Remove two strut to knuckle bolts. Remove axle, it may require an axle puller from Autozone (you can rent)

Install is reverse of removal.

Good luck.

P.S. How do you snap an axle clean in half, and just randomly one day the car doesn't move?

Apparently the SC'd cars have axles made of glass.

With a locking diffrential the vehical SHOULD be able to move (one wheel drive) with a snapped axel. It will torque stear like a ************ though.
