Catback Exhaust System.

Who makes your catback exhaust? Trubendz makes some really nice bolt-on exhaust that even come with all the hardware needed to install it. They didn't make one for us until we expressed intrest and 10 of us put deposits down. I got the 2nd one they made and they have my car on thier site as the test sound car. Two with cat and two without cat. They don't have the turbo clips up, you can find them in the 2nd link. They make aluminized and stainless steel systems. The stainless steel systems come with a lifetime warranty. I figured it would be worth checking out if you don't already have a decent supplier. BTW, they use mandrel bends. When you get the exhaust in the box, it goes on the car. You don't go buy anything unless you have to cut your old exhaust off. They even have options for high-flow cats.

You should read that again. They do not make one for the Cobalt. The idea is, they didn't make one for us either until we started emailing them and asking for one. Ten of us put deposits down and one person left thier car there for test-fitting. Two weeks later we had a true bolt-on exhaust.

damn, too far away. I was gonna let them test fit an exhaust to my car. I'd be interested if the price is right. Maybe some other members would be interested.

If you start emailing them and show intrest, they might make one for you.

It is $475 shipped for a 2.5" mandrel bent stainless steel exhaust with a Magnaflow resonator and muffler, choice of Borla Pro XS, Magnaflow, and Flowmaster. The stainless steel exhaust come with a lifetime warranty. It has all the hangers and hardware needed to install and can be done is an hour. Now, the price on your exhaust would vary. So email them and find out if they'll make you one. No one around here will make a stainless steel exhaust for me for that price. Hell, most places don't even have mandrel benders.

That price isn't too bad, good looking out. They sound like they might be along the lines of Megan Racings style exhaust, with more muffler options of course. Megans exhaust is pretty cheap, you can find theirs on ebay for like 380 shipped throughout the 50 states I believe. Having another option is always good. Just as long as they are pretty fairly priced AND have good quality sounding as well as good quality put together products.

I can say trubendz makes some awesome quality exhaust. My friend has it on his ZX2 as well and fitment was perfect. He installed a OBX 4-2-1 header, high flow cat, resonator, and borla muffler all in 2.25" He used the SR borla muffler and had the muffler shop open the inlet up to 2.25"
