Clutch not disengaging

Just put a used 4.05 LSD trans in. Replaced the clutch, pp and throw out bearing with a gmpp kit. I’ve had to replace a few clutches and have taken the trans out multiple times, but never have had this problem. Put everything back together, hit the clutch bled and everything. Turned the car on shifts into all the gears, but trans doesn’t engage. Almost like the clutch is constantly engaged. Linkage is good, I can manually shift into all the gears from on top of the transmission. Idk maybe I need to bleed again or something?
