Does anyone elses car do this..?

I just got a transmission out of a used cobalt, 32k miles. Does anyone elses syncros make noise when slowing down? Mine does it in the first three gears.. The noise stops if the rpms drop below approx 2500rpms. I changed the fluid again today. This is the first time since I filled it while installing the transmission about a week ago. The transmission fluid was pretty dirty but did not contain any shavings. I have only put about 200 miles on it at most.

Thanks.

syncros dont make noise. you wither have a bearing thats going bad, however with it only having the noise on coast down id say its more than likely a gear noise, i honestly wouldnt be too worried about it. my tranny has been noisy on decel since i bought the car with 52k km on it.

I guess im just paranoid because my previous transmission never made any noise at all.. except one big bang at the very end..
