engine and tranny mount?

engine and tranny mount?

ive read alot of topics about the mounts for the engine and tranny to get rid of wheel hop and help with harder launches now i race my car usually every friday in the summer at the local track here and i was wondering if you guys change both mounts or just go with the rotated tranny mount im very lost on this issue not sure if you need to replace all the mounts tranny,engine or just one or the other any help would be great thanks

OTTP rotated (lower) trans mounts. No need to mess with the upper ones. Stage 1 is the front mount and a spacer for the rear one, Stage 2 is both front & rear mounts. I went Stage 1 initially, then upgraded to S2 a few weeks later. Vibs are about the same either way on my LNF.
