money time and skill....not an easy task.
ur axles wont fit with out major re work.
ur shifter wont work with out surgery
ur clutch hydraulics wont hook up without work
ur speed sensor wont work without some changes to toothcount ecu etc
ur reverse lites wont work without a re wire
ur clutch wont work without a flywheel and new clutch
thats off the top of my head.
