Firm clutch pedal issue

I have a stock 06 ss/sc, and im having a few clutch issues that Im curious to if you guys have any answers for.

First problem, If im cruising through a neighborhood or taking off really slow, when I shift to second gear and let out the clutch, I can only describe it as if the clutch was bouncing up and down, cause my foot is steady on the gas and the car jerks a few times then settles down.

second problem, If I take off hard in first or second gear, usually from a dead stop, when I go to push in the clutch the pedal is solid as a rock, and hard as hell to push down, and it takes about 5-6 times for it to decreasingly go back to a normal pedal.

I dont know what gives on this thing.

Ok, so I googled the issue, and it seems like a lot of corvette guys have the same problem, theyve diagnosed it to the clutch fluid getting dirty and overheating, leading them to flush the system at least once a year if not almost every other oil change.
