First Thoughts After Installing TTR Motor Mount

Wow.

This solid mount makes a HUGE difference. I definitely noticed a lot of vibrations, but I kind of like it. The best way I can describe it, is that my car now feels as if I'm sitting behind my Dad's 5.7L Hemi Challenger. Plus, the car just sounds more aggressive.

Before when I would push my Cobalt past 4000RPM in first gear, it felt like it was going to fall apart. And, it doesn't feel as if I'm driving a R/C car anymore.

All around, I am very happy. The mounts do make the car a little less comfortable, but I will get used to it. The pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The only problem I'm having, is that the exhaust rattle my car made under certain conditions before has become more constant, and deeper in pitch. But this was an existing problem, not a result of the mount.

I've done a lot of driving today, and I noticed that the vibrations/noise only really become bothersome when I'm driving/accelerating.

From what I've read, it seems like other people have problems at idle, which is the only time my car seems 'normal'. I wonder why...

once the mounts settle in.. you wont even notice it anymore. Others will notice it however. Just the subtle vibes from starting really. Only other thing I noticed was I roll out a little dif. You will like them.
