Question Flywheel Question

My clutch is gone so I bought a stage 1 exedy clutch kit from e-bay, the kit comes with pressure plate, clutch, throwout bearing & slave cylinder.
do I need a new OEM flywheel, resurface the stock, or what??
im not boosted or sprayed or planning on being.

I believe you are not supposed to re-surface the stock one, from what i've heard at least.

I would recommend a new lighter one over another factory one, but its up to you.

If it was me and I wanted to retain the OEM steel one, I'd have it machined very lightly, just a few thousandths, to make it perfect again, and be done with it. Thats just my opinion though.

sounds good, thanks for your answer.
I would love a new lighter one, but $$ is an issue!
