the kit includes LNF throwout bearing. the flywheel that was asked about is a stock replacement, so there will be stock feel. lightweight flywheels are not necessary for daily driven street cars
if you are getting the flywheel, get new flywheel bolts, as they are torque-to-yield, meaning they can only be used once. the clutch pipe is not absolutely necessary, but is not a bad idea

Not sure about the act flywheel either, but I have the gmpp lsj clutch upgrade with a new stock flywheel and it works great. I got some goodies on my car, I last dynoed at 263 whp and it holds no problem. I will be putting my tvs and 80's in next week and we'll see what happens then. It Should be fine tho.

Hoping you might be able to answer something, I had the GM performance clutch installed on my 06 cobalt ss 2.0 and used a fidanza flywheel. When I left the shop, the clutch engages barely 1/4" off the floor and has almost no play. Is this normal with this performance clutch, or did the shop do something wrong? Let me clarify, when I press my foot on the clutch, nothing happens until I am about and inch and a half off of the floor. It used to start about 1/3 of the way down, not all of the way down.
