Probably over his milage limit.
You can get clutches from several of our vendors, and weather you can do it comes down to your ablilities and experiance.

i am pretty shure that i can do it thats not a problem i was just asking if there is any little tips involved or little stuff that gets complicated or is it just pretty much cut and dry and if someone could show me a place to get a clutch kit for a 2.0 supercharged i would greatly appriciate it

Warranty dosen't cover clutch, unless it's due to a factory defect (meaning going out on you within a 1-3k~ miles or so I figure). Mine went out on my at around 22k, and GM would not warranty it. I even checked with two dealerships and they both told me the exact thing which sucks.
I'd go for Spec Stage 2+ or 3+ from TTR, they a great! Either Spec, or just jump for an Exedy but for my DD the Stage2+ feels great.

hehe, my clutch was defective from the factory, i was driving to work within two weeks of buying it and it delaminated on the highway. ever since then, i now know how to shift w/o a clutch :P
